• 1st Shift: 5:30 am—1:45 pm 
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 pm—10:45 pm

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Forklift Driving Experience (at least 1 full year)

• Operate production machinery used in automotive manufacturing 

• Monitor machine performance and production quality 

• Make minor machine adjustments as needed 

• Perform routine quality inspections on finished products 

• Maintain accurate production records 

• Follow all safety procedures and company standards 

• Work with team members to meet daily production goals 

• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔ High School Diploma or GED required 

✔ Manufacturing or production experience preferred 

✔ Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills 

✔ Strong attention to detail 

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

✔ Reliable attendance and positive attitude 

✔ Willingness to work overtime when needed
