Shift: 1st - 7am-3:30pm

Pay: $20/hr

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor automated production and assembly equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment downtime and help keep production running efficiently.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance, repairs, tool changes, and line changeovers.
• Work with HMIs, PLCs, robotics, and automated equipment to identify production issues.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other hand gauges.
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Follow established production standards to meet safety, quality, cycle-time, and productivity goals.
• Escalate equipment, production, or quality concerns when necessary.
• Participate in 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support root-cause problem solving using tools such as 5-Why and 8D.
• Rotate between production responsibilities as needed and support cross-training.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, Automation, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience troubleshooting automated assembly or manufacturing equipment
• Familiarity with HMI, PLC, and/or robotic systems
• Understanding of manufacturing processes such as press/force, torque, soldering, and assembly
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
• Basic machine shop skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Green Belt certification preferred, but not required
