Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM–2:00 PM

Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Paint Robotics Programmer / Automation Technician to join our manufacturing team! This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in robotic programming, FANUC robots, industrial automation, or automotive paint systems who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and process improvement.
In this role, you will program, maintain, and optimize robotic equipment to ensure efficient production, high-quality paint finishes, and minimal downtime.
Responsibilities
Program, adjust, and optimize robotic paths to improve efficiency and reduce material waste.
Troubleshoot and maintain robotic paint systems and automated manufacturing equipment.
Support automation processes involving painting, sanding, fluid handling, and assembly.
Monitor paint line performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Inspect paint quality, including primer, base coat, and clear coat applications.
Perform equipment testing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Track programming changes, equipment issues, and process improvements.
Work closely with production supervisors to minimize downtime and meet production goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate equipment concerns.
Qualifications
Experience with FANUC robots or automated paint systems strongly preferred.
Knowledge of robotic programming, automation, or industrial manufacturing equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or automation-related issues.
Understanding of industrial painting processes and paint quality standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
