Pay:

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, load, program, and operate stamping presses (75–400 tons) according to production specifications.
• Adjust and fine-tune press settings to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
• Monitor the production process and proactively address any mechanical or operational issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and production goals are met.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures diligently.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating stamping presses or in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate heavy machinery safely.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and make necessary adjustments in real-time.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.
