Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Solderer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precision soldering and rework on circuit boards at a seated or standing workstation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precision soldering using a soldering iron to connect electronic components.
• Conduct rework and repair of circuit boards according to specifications.
• Follow detailed job sheets and instructions for accurate component placement.
• Operate pneumatic-powered shuttle/assembly lines for hand assembly of electronics and hardware.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the clean room environment.
• Work with small parts requiring fine motor skills and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of soldering experience (personal or professional).
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Stable employment history in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Availability to work on Saturdays when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in electronics assembly, wire harnessing, CNC operation, or welding.
• Experience with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machinery or testing equipment for finished boards.
