Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM (with potential Friday/weekend OT)
Pay: $19/hr

What You’ll Do
As a Marine Engine Assembler, you’ll be responsible for building a variety of recreational boat engines with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. This fast-paced, hands-on role is perfect for those who are mechanically inclined and thrive in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble marine engines and components using hand and power tools, fasteners, and specialized equipment.
- Follow detailed instructions, diagrams, and quality procedures with precision.
- Operate machinery, air tools, hoists, and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform repetitive tasks with consistency while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Conduct inspections to identify errors, defects, or performance issues.
- Work across multiple stages of the assembly line, including pre-assembly, paint prep, post-paint, and shipping.
- Install and monitor engines on hot test stands to ensure proper functionality.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Strong hands-on mechanical and fabrication skills (repairs, builds, maintenance).
- Ability to use tools, follow instructions, and pay close attention to detail.
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to frequently lift/move up to 40 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Requires standing, using hands/tools, climbing, balancing, kneeling, or crouching.
- Regular exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and occasional loud environments (PPE provided).
- Vision requirements include close, peripheral, and depth perception.
